Milk Production Drops for The Seventh Month in A Row

The recent USDA Milk Production Report illustrated a continuing theme—less milk and fewer cows. For the seventh consecutive month, U.S. milk production dropped, as January’s milk production was documented at 19.1 billion lbs., a decline of 1.1% from a year prior. Also following suit was 9.325 million cows, the lowest total since November 2019.
